Who it is for

B2B marketing and sales teams that want AI content inside larger automated GTM workflows. Solo writers get better value from general assistants. Marketing operations teams that already run HubSpot or Salesforce get the most from the workflow plans, since content generation can be triggered from CRM data. Anyone who mainly wants to write blog posts or captions will find the jump from the Chat plan to $1,000 a month hard to justify.

Verdict

Copy.ai's $29 Chat plan is a reasonable multi-model writing seat for small teams, but the company's focus has moved to GTM automation, the jump to workflow plans is steep, and there is no longer a free tier.
