It records each guest locally, so audio and video stay high quality even on a poor connection, then uploads separate tracks. A transcript-based editor and AI tools turn recordings into finished episodes, clips and promo assets.

As of September 2026 the free plan gives 2 hours of multitrack recording (one-time), 720p video with a watermark, and unlimited single-track recording. Pro costs $29/month billed monthly ($24 billed yearly) for up to 4K with no watermark, 5 hours of separate-track recording a month and 15 hours of downloadable tracks. Grow is $39 ($34 yearly) and adds 2 studios and livestreaming. Webinar is $99 ($79 yearly). Business pricing is custom. Annual plans save up to 20%.

Verdict

Riverside is a well-rounded remote recording studio, and its local recording, editor and clip tools cover the whole process from recording to promotion. The free plan is only a trial with a watermark, and monthly recording hours are capped, so busy shows will pay for Grow or higher.
