What it is

Reve is an image generation and editing app from Reve AI, built on the company's own Reve image model. You create images, then edit them by asking in plain language in a chat-style interface. You can also brainstorm ideas with the assistant and use references. The paid Pro plan adds video generation. A developer API is available from api.reve.com.

Models inside

Reve runs its own Reve image model family. The vendor does not name third-party models on the pages we checked, and the video model behind Pro is not documented.

Pricing and rights

As of September 2026 there is a free plan for generating and editing images and brainstorming, with basic storage. Lite costs $7.99 a month for five times more images and storage than Free. Pro costs $19.99 a month for 100 times the Free image allowance, video generation and larger uploads. Teams costs $59 per user a month, with 10M shared "energy" and about 1,500 images per user a month. Under Reve's terms you own the rights to the output you create, as far as the law allows. You grant Reve a licence to use your content to run and improve the service, which matters for confidential client work.

Who it is for

Creators and marketers who prefer describing edits in conversation over learning editing tools, and who want a low-cost entry plan.

Verdict

Reve is an easy, inexpensive way to generate and iteratively edit images through chat, and the Lite plan is among the cheapest paid tiers here. You are tied to one model family, video needs Pro, and the terms let Reve use your content to improve the product.
