What it is

Frontend Slides is an MIT-licensed skill by Zara Zhang that turns a coding agent into a presentation designer. Instead of asking you to describe a style, it generates visual previews to choose from, then writes a single self-contained HTML deck with inline CSS and JavaScript. It can also convert existing PowerPoint files to web slides while keeping images and content. It is packaged as a Claude Code plugin, and the core SKILL.md works in Codex, Gemini CLI and other agents.

How to install

In Claude Code run /plugin marketplace add https://github.com/zarazhangrui/frontend-slides and then /plugin install frontend-slides@frontend-slides, as two separate messages. Alternatively clone it into ~/.claude/skills/frontend-slides, or point another agent at the repo's SKILL.md.

Pricing and rights

Free and MIT-licensed. Decks are plain HTML files you own, with no watermark. Running it uses your agent's normal model usage.
