What it is

OpenCreator is the new name of KrillinAI, the open-source video translation and dubbing tool by krillinai. It has become a local AI workspace for creators that uses Codex CLI as its agent engine. A dashboard offers creator tools for video translation and downloading, subtitles, smart dubbing, image and video generation, thumbnails, stick-figure animation, and writing articles, Xiaohongshu posts and short-video scripts, while an agent chat can run the same tasks in the background. The repo also ships KrillinAI Agent Skills for subtitles, TTS, landscape and portrait rendering and covers.

The code is Apache-2.0 licensed. The app is free; model and API usage is billed by your providers or Codex/ChatGPT plan.
