What it is

The Tavily MCP Server is Tavily's official server for its search API built for AI agents. It gives assistants real-time web search, content extraction, site mapping and crawling. You can use Tavily's hosted endpoint or run it locally with npx.

How to install

Pricing and rights

The server is MIT-licensed. As of September 2026 Tavily's free plan gives 1,000 API credits a month without a card; pay-as-you-go is $0.008 per credit, and a monthly Project plan with 4,000 credits is priced on a slider (exact entry price not confirmed here).
