Creator Pro costs $99/month for 100 minutes, or $67/month annually ($799/year), and adds lip-sync. Business costs $249/month for 250 minutes, or $167/month annually ($1,999/year). Enterprise is custom. Minutes are measured on video length, so a 10-minute video dubbed into three languages uses a large share of a Creator plan. The pricing page does not mention watermarks.

Who it is for

Creators and companies with existing video libraries who want to reach other language markets without hiring voice actors for every language. It works best for talking-head videos, tutorials and courses with one or two clear speakers; music-heavy or crowded scenes need more manual fixing.

Rask AI covers the full dub-and-lip-sync chain in one tool, and voice cloning keeps the speaker's identity. Per-minute pricing is high for long content, lip-sync is only on the more expensive plans, and translated scripts still need a native speaker's review before publishing.
